This book, The Legal Process in Zambia: Cases and Materials, has given life to the pioneer book on legal process in Zambia published almost over two decades ago Legal Process: Zambian Cases, Legislation and Commentaries by the Right Honorable Lady Justice Mulela Margaret Munalula of the Constitutional Court of Zambia. 

The text in the pioneer book largely remains correct as of today, but radical and significant changes have been made in both the constitutional regime and legislative framework that needed to be addressed. 

As pointed out by Justice Munalula in the foreword to this book, such an approach and initiative was long overdue, especially after the 2016 constitutional amendments.
