Buyi feels like a stranger in London – the place where he was born and raised. Then his mother decides he should stay with his father, whom he never knew, on a game reserve in South Africa. But here, too, he doesn't feel at home. He finds out Africa is not only made up of amazing landscapes and exotic animals, but also danger. A man-eating lion sneaks around the game reserve in search of its next prey. How will the adventurous André and gentle Simoshile finally help him to come to terms with the scars left behind by the lion, including those in his heart?
