The Employment Services Act 4 of 2014 makes provision for public employment services; for the establishment of schemes to promote the employment of young work seekers and other vulnerable persons; for schemes to assist employees in distressed companies to retain employment; for the facilitation of employment of foreign nationals in a manner that is consistent with the objects of this Act and the Immigration Act 13 of 2002; and for matters connected therewith.

The fourth revised first edition of the Employment Services Act 4 of 2014 reflects the law as at 17 May 2019.
