The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act 32 of 2007 consolidates, codifies and amends South Africa’s laws dealing with sexual offences. The Act has brought the law on sexual offences in line with the Constitution and has also created a substantial number of new offences.
