The Prevention of Organized Crime Act 121 of 1998 makes provision for the introduction of measures to combat organized crime, money laundering and criminal gang activities; the prohibition of certain activities relating to racketeering activities; the prohibition of money laundering and for an obligation to report certain information; the criminalization of certain activities associated with gangs.
