Acta Juridica is an annual thematic journal, accredited by the DHET, which, for over 50 years, has been published with the Faculty of Law of the University of Cape Town. The focus of Acta Juridica 2005 is women’s rights. It reflects on the law relating to women after a decade of constitutional democracy.Most back issues from 1967 are available on request.
