The Mathematics Learner’s Book has been developed according to the requirements of CAPS for Grade 1. It gives an opportunity for introducing and reinforcing learning content, with at least two pages of full-colour activities per week. The teaching plans in the Teacher's Guide describes in detail how, when and where every page in the Learner’s Book can be used. The activities are interactive and are completed in the class workbooks so that learners practice handwriting too.
