Local Government Reform in Zambia: The 2016 Constitution’s Framework for Devolution is the first book that assesses the framework for devolved governance as provided for in the 2016 Constitution of Zambia.

This book, particularly the reforms it recommends, provides an understanding of the extent to which the Local Government Act of 2019 operationalised the framework for devolution provided for in the 2016 Constitution.
