This book is a ground-breaking collection of short stories which deals with a wide range of issues affecting the entire cross-section of South African society. The themes covered in this collection include raising awareness about the promotion of education and indigenous knowledge systems; domestic violence, and its common sequel, the abuse of women and children; sexual harassment in the workplace; the misuse of modern means of communication such as social networks which often results in humiliation or even death of the people affected mainly through suicide.

Interestingly the authors of this collection – which in all respects represents a tormenting cry – are both male and female and have written the stories from their particular gender perspective.
